Summer Screen Acting Intensive — Screen & Script Course

Our 4-Day Screen & Script Intensive Course is the perfect opportunity for young performers to develop their screen acting skills in a fun, supportive, and professional environment.
Designed for aspiring actors, this intensive gives students hands-on experience both in front of and behind the camera, helping them build confidence and develop the skills needed for film and television auditions.
What they'll experience
🎥 Day 1 – Screen Acting & Film Techniques
Led by Robert Carr, our experienced film director, writer, and photographer, students will discover how acting for camera differs from stage performance — camera angles, continuity, hitting marks, and what directors are looking for during filming.
🎭 Days 2 & 3 – Script Work & Improvisation
Through engaging workshops, students will explore character development, script analysis, improvisation, and authentic screen performance, giving them the confidence to make strong acting choices.
🎬 Day 4 – Filming Day
Students put everything they've learned into practice by filming professionally directed short scenes.
Every student will leave with
⭐ A professionally filmed short scene for their showreel
⭐ Practical knowledge of screen acting techniques
⭐ Confidence in script work and improvisation
⭐ Tips and guidance on creating professional self-tapes for auditions
